UGH! I gained .8 this week despite couting every single thing that I ate and working out. I called the weight loss diva (my friend Sandy who knows everything about anthing - seriously, the smartest girl I know) yesterday to vent and she went through a whole list asking, "did you do this, did you do that," and when I answered correctly to all of that (yes to counting, no to fast food, yes to water), I believe her comment was something along the lines of, "That sucks."
However, she did cheer me up by telling me that I'll probably lose 4 pounds next week. Here's to hoping...
