Sloppy Joe Hash Browns

Sloppy Joe Hash Browns - To spice it up a bit, add a little taco sauce on top. Next time we are going to add taco sauce to the sloppy joe/chili sauce. PS - this is what Joe made last night for me!

Ingredients:
8 Frozen hash brown patties
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
15 oz sloppy joe sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce (I would add more to make it spicier)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, taco, colby jack, etc)
2 cups lettuce
sour cream
taco sauce

Directions:
Cook hash browns in batches according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add sloppy joe sauce, chili sauce and pepper; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.

Place two hash brown patties on each plate. Top with meat sauce, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and taco sauce.
